01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7c7711 platform located at https://7c7711.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. 7c7711 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7c7711 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 7c7711, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership.
• You are registering a single account solely for your own personal use.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of 7c7711 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 7c7711 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

7c7711 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

03 Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 7c7711 Platform. Holding, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether in your own name or using a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7c7711 may, at its sole discretion:

• Close all duplicate accounts and retain the original account only.
• Void any bets or game rounds placed across duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit bonuses and bonus-derived winnings accumulated in any duplicate account.
• Restrict the member to net deposited funds only, after deducting all promotional credits.

You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity carried out by any third party who accesses your account using your credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must notify 7c7711 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7c7711 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its discretion where it determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, to other members, or to the financial interests of the company.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

7c7711 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved channels as updated on the Platform from time to time. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to current processing arrangements.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. 7c7711 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawal confirmation within five to ten minutes during standard operating periods. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Verification requirements: 7c7711 reserves the right to require full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued national identity document, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days), and confirmation of ownership of the registered payment method.

7c7711 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7c7711 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are awarded at 7c7711's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion has a defined wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games or markets contribute to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at expiry are forfeited automatically.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from a bonus. Where stated, winnings above the cap are removed from the withdrawable balance at the point of withdrawal request.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while another is in progress may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 7c7711 Platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules take precedence in respect of gameplay matters only.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or early settlement feature.
• 7c7711 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, where the odds were published in error, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the game server at the time of failure. Partial rounds that cannot be completed will be voided and stakes returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7c7711 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate artificial profit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to transfer value for third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, or backend infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other members, support staff, or 7c7711 employees.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a person who is ineligible to hold an account, including minors.

7c7711 employs ongoing fraud detection and risk management systems. Where suspicious activity is detected, the Platform may place a temporary hold on account funds, request additional verification, or permanently restrict account access pending a full investigation. Members subject to investigation will be notified where legally permitted to do so.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 7c7711 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate licence revocation and may give rise to legal action. Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is governed by that studio's licensing terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7c7711 and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, outages, or transaction failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, internet service failures, or regulatory action.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds, or other third-party information feeds displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 7c7711's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your 7c7711 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

7c7711 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 7c7711 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• Continued account operation poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform, its members, or the company.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, 7c7711 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposited funds, where those funds are determined to be connected to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct. In all other cases of termination, net deposited funds (after deduction of bonuses and promotional credits) will be returned to the registered payment method.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 7c7711 Platform.

In the event of a dispute, members are encouraged to contact the 7c7711 support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including account information, transaction references, and a clear description of the issue. 7c7711 aims to resolve all member disputes within five to ten business days of receiving a complete complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, members may seek recourse through any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism or legal remedy available in their jurisdiction. 7c7711 does not waive any right to contest jurisdiction or applicable law in respect of any particular dispute.

No class action or collective claims against 7c7711 are permitted under these Terms. Each member agrees to bring any claim on an individual basis only.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No failure or delay by 7c7711 in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A single or partial exercise of any right does not preclude further exercise.

Assignment: 7c7711 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or affiliate without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms to any third party.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7c7711 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, proposals, and agreements.

Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
